Different types of OILS

Oils for different types of mane

Normal curls

Normal they are neither greasy nor dry.  Jojoba, almond and amla oils are recommended for normal fuzz type.

 

Dry hairs

Dry hairstyles aredull, tangle easily and are prone to split-ends. The oil required for this purpose is the one that stimulates the sebaceous glands in the scalp to produce more oil. Almond, jojoba, coconut, sesame, mustard, cocoa-butter oils are recommended for dry fuzz type.

 

Oily lock

Oily curl are greasy generally because of over production of sebum by the sebaceous glands. So the type of oil that is required should be able to restore the sebaceous glands to normal. Olive, sesame, and jojoba oils are recommended for this curls type.

 

Dandruff mane

Essential oils can be very effective in minimizing dandruff on the scalp. The best essential oil for treating dandruff is tea-tree oil. You could also try out bhringaraj oil.

 

Now lets us see some of the Oils which can be used for frizzies.

Coconut Oil:It’s the best tress oil and gives healthy, soft, and lustrous tress. Coconut oil is a natural conditioner rich in vitamin E and antioxidants which repairs damaged mop. Coconut oil is known to penetrate into mop follicles and stimulating beard growth and moisturizes dry beard. Coconut oil makes wig softer and prevents wig breakage and split ends

Sesame Oil: Sesame oil is used as base oil in many ayurvedic preparations for tresses growth, for example, bhringraj oil. Since sesame oil is anti-microbial, it treats a lot of scalp infections and fungal infections. Sesame is best when used as a hot oil treatment. It conditions tresses, nourishes scalp, and gets rid of dandruff and the vitamin E in the oil boosts mane growth.

Olive oil: Olive oil is highly moisturizing mane oil, rich in vitamin E which is so important for locks growth. Olive oil has a high concentration of anti-oxidants which is good for both locks and skin. Olive oil is lightweight and contains oleic acid which easily penetrates the fleece shaft and locks in the moisture

Argan Oil:It hydrates and moisturizes fleece, it penetrates fiber shafts and nourishes deeply. Argan oil is rich in anti-oxidants and repairs damaged fiber. The high vitamin E and vitamin F content repairs damaged curls and makes the curls lustrous. Argan oil also treats split ends. It is known as “liquid gold”
